SS&A; Albury is hiring a motivated Chef to join our catering team in the fully renovated kitchen.
This role services a bistro for 280 and functions for up to 360 guests, with a focus on food quality, presentation, and efficiency.Candidates should have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, 2+ years in a Club/Pub setting, and be versatile to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
Wok experience is preferred and NSW food safety credentials are desirable.
