Offering award winning dining and bar facilities, a 17-room motel, function rooms, 34 pokies, Keno, TAB and two Bottlemart retail stores, this family run Hotel is a thriving business with a team of 130.

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chef to join our brilliant team of chefs. Full time, part time or casual positions on offer. If you are interested in furthering your cooking career in a busy, productive and award-winning kitchen, have an outstanding work ethic and are passionate about food we would love to hear from you.

Weeknight and weekend work essential. In return,

Skills and experience

- Trade qualified Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Need to be flexible, will be rostered shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passionate about food and delivering the best
- Be able to handle high volume, work efficiently & effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
