An Northern TAS hospital requires a Senior Registrar/CMO in Emergency Medicine from 01/06/2026 to 30/09/2026.

No solo nights.
All nights staffed by 1 senior & 1-2 Jnr registrars, and 2-3 JMOs.
Multiple FACEMs on site from 0800-2400.

FACEM support (on-call) from 2400-0800.

Most key sub-specialties on site, including 24/7 Cath lab, ECMO-capable ICU etc.

Once the locum doctor's available dates are offered, a mix of full time equivalent shifts shall be rostered and informed via agency.

$1800 - $24000/day

- Regional referral hospital and ACEM training site in a lovely city. Fly directly from major Australian airports to LST Airport 12 min away.
- Shift types: all 10‑hour‑long.
- Only Emergency Advanced trainees and/or PGY5+ doctors.
- Recent Emergency department night shift lead experience.
- Critical care experience will be considered.
