Sunbuilt on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to join the site team on a 34-storey, 154-unit residential tower in Southport. You will own the contractual records, variations, RFIs, payment claims and EOT submissions, coordinating with project management, design and site delivery teams.
You will apply a solid knowledge of standard form contracts, Procore and subcontract administration, while maintaining registers, logs and timely correspondence.
