Super Gardens seeks a qualified Leading Hand to manage turf teams at Caulfield Racecourse, working with the Melbourne Racing Club.
You will guide day-to-day grounds maintenance to high standards and act as the onsite company representative for staff and MRC management.Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, have leadership experience, and can work on racing event days.
A Manual Drivers Licence and checks (Police/Working with Children) are required.
