Talent Realised is seeking a Head of Growth to build and own the growth engine for a rapid-growing consumer fintech brand. You will lead paid, owned and earned channels, manage Meta and Google ads directly, and drive lifecycle, CRO and CRM initiatives to turn trust into scalable revenue.
You'll work closely with the founders, take equity, and shape the growth playbook with autonomy over the tools, rituals and team structure. Previous fintech or product-led growth experience is preferred.
