About the role:
We're currently working with a progressive law firm to secure an experienced Dispute Resolution & Litigation Lawyer on a contract basis.
Commencing ASAP, this engagement is expected to run for approximately three months and offers the prospect to join a high-performing and team-oriented litigation practice working on a diverse range of commercial disputes and recovery matters.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Debt and asset recovery litigation across State and Federal Courts
Enforcement of guarantees, indemnities, and contractual obligations
Insolvency-related disputes, including winding up proceedings and creditor petitions
Building and managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Supporting broader litigation and legal projects as required
Who we are looking for:
We're seeking litigation lawyers with 10+ years’ PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or pre-eminent boutique firms. The ideal lawyer will have a robust background advising on debt recovery, asset recovery, enforcement and broader commercial litigation matters, and be comfortable managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
