Key Responsibilities
Launch and manage the residential HVAC division from the ground up
Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team

About You
Extensive experience in the residential HVAC / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration industry




Proven leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or Business Owner)
Strong commercial and operational acumen
Experience building or scaling a team or business unit
Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset
