Full time Chef – Dundee Beach, NT

Angler’s Choice Fishing Safaris

Angler’s Choice Fishing Safaris is based at beautiful Dundee Beach, and we are looking for a full-time Chef to join our team.

You’ll be cooking for up to 20 guests per night plus 8 staff in a small but functional, well-equipped commercial kitchen. This role would suit a creative, capable chef who enjoys working independently, leading a kitchen, and making the most of fresh seafood, tropical NT ingredients, and Asian-influenced flavours.

The role includes preparing:

Breakfast menus
Takeaway lunch menus
Canapés
Dinner

Dessert

The successful candidate must have:

At least 3 years commercial cooking experience
Experience leading a kitchen and working independently
Strong day-to-day menu planning and ordering skills




Overall kitchen management experience
Ability to supervise casual kitchen staff
Experience cooking seafood

A creative approach to seasonal, tropical Northern Territory ingredients

You must be highly organised with a clean, structured approach to kitchen operations.

Cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are non-negotiable—this is a professional kitchen, and standards must be maintained at all times.
