We are working with a boutique real estate business is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join their team.

Working closely alongside an established agent with 10+ years of industry experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career in residential sales with hands-on training, mentorship and exposure to the full sales process.

The Role:

- Monday–Saturday
- Up to $80K incl. Super
- Phone & car allowance, laptop and iPad provided
- Work alongside the lead agent across the full sales process
- Buyer call-backs and buyer management
- Open for Inspections and private inspections
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Database management and maintenance
- General sales administration
- Supporting campaigns and listings
- Assist with day-to-day sales activity
- Chance to learn from an experienced agent and external real estate coach

About You:

- Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but not essential
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Confident,



professional and motivated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Keen to develop a long-term career in real estate sales
- Mature and professional approach
