About the Opportunity

This is a junior, hands-on Property Manager role supporting a growing portfolio of apartments, with a focus on day-to-day lease and tenancy management. The portfolio is set to grow significantly over the next few years as the ownership group brings more units in-house under its own management.

You'll report to the Property Manager and work closely with the on-site cleaning team and a 24/7 backup service team to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a genuine stepping-stone role — not a wind-down one. As the portfolio scales, so does the chance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing day-to-day tenancy and lease administration for a growing residential portfolio
- Coordinating property inspections, condition reports and lease renewals
- Liaising confidently with owners, tenants,



the cleaning team and the sales team
- Handling day-to-day tenant queries and maintenance coordination
- Contributing to the smooth onboarding of new apartments as the portfolio grows

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years' experience in residential property/lease management
- Comfortable and confident liaising with owners, tenants and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail across lease administration, inspections and reporting
- Based locally on the Gold Coast (this role isn't set up for relocation)
- Genuine energy and ambition — you're looking for a role to grow into, not out of
