Horner Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Payroll Officers for a range of temporary, casual and contract opportunities across Melbourne's South East, East and Inner suburbs.

We work with a variety of organisations and have opportunities ranging from short term assignments through to longer term contracts.

About the opportunities:

- End to end payroll processing across weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls
- Temporary, casual and contract assignments with varying durations
- Opportunities across a range of industries and organisations
- Rates generally ranging from $40-$55 per hour + super, depending on experience and role requirements
- Locations across Melbourne's South East, East and Inner suburbs

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience working in a Payroll Officer / Payroll Administrator capacity
- Experience processing payroll independently and accurately
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet payroll deadlines
- Experience with payroll systems such as PayGlobal, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, ADP or similar
- Full Australian working rights




- Immediate or very short notice availability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current WWCC (Employee) and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) - may be applicable for some roles
