About The Roles;

- Junior Property Manager – Looking for someone with some real estate exposure wanting to advance in their PM career. Open to Assistant ready to manage 100 properties.

Salary up to $75K+Super (dep on experience level)

- Experienced/Senior Property Manager - As a dedicated Property Management Floater, you won’t be tied to the same portfolio each day. You will step into different portfolios across multiple offices & support a range of properties & clients. Monday to Friday ONLY.

Salary up to $90K+Super (dep on experience level)

About You;





- Junior: Previous real estate experience highly regarded
- Experienced: Ideally 4+ years' experience managing a portfolio
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Skilled, proactive and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate
- Current Certificate IV in Real Estate - essential
- Current driver's licence and reliable car – essential
