Kulbardi is looking to bring on a creative, energetic & results driven Customer Support Officer to join our wonderful & supportive team based at Kewdale WA.

About the Role

The primary objective of the role is to assist the Kulbardi team in ensuring they are able to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and achieve the teams’ set targets by engaging in expedient delivery of specific duties.

It is a full-time role (5 days per week) and will be based in our Kewdale Office.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following;

- Responsible for the day-to-day processing of customers’ orders and answering clients enquiries

- Notification of backorders at time of receipt of order

- Action all administration tasks including filing, data entry, answering incoming phone calls etc.

Requirements and attributes:

- Computer literacy skills – MS Office (Excel)

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail to ensure the integrity of data in reporting

- Self-motivated with solid initiatives and teamwork skills





- Excellent work ethics with enthusiasm and dedicated approach to the position
