The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Officer contributes to the effective and efficient administration of accounts receivable processes, provides support for financial transactions systems and supports students and other customers through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to communicate effectively, using a variety of mediums, with a broad range of customers (internal and external) and government service providers. This includes the ability to effectively manage challenging customer interactions including conflict resolution.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and service delivery excellence and taking shared responsibility for achieving results.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, formulate appropriate solutions and understand new concepts and information quickly whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
