About the Role
The Portfolio Director Built Environment & Personal Services provides strategic and operational leadership across a diverse training portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant training and services. The role is responsible for leading academic teams, managing human, financial and physical resources, driving continuous improvement, and fostering robust relationships with industry, community and government stakeholders. Working collaboratively across the College, the Portfolio Director identifies emerging opportunities, supports staff capability development, monitors portfolio performance, and contributes to the achievement of NMTAFE's strategic objectives through innovative, student-centred and commercially focused outcomes.
