About the role
This is a casual position covering our coastal corridor, working closely with our property management team to keep things running smoothly while one of our own is on leave. You'll be working 4-5 days per week, with hours varying week to week, and Saturdays are a regular part of the role (home opens tend to be busiest then). You'll be:
- Conducting routine property inspections across Yanchep to Dawesville
- Running home opens for rental properties,
giving prospective tenants a excellent first impression
- Reporting inspection findings clearly and promptly so owners stay in the loop
- Building rapport with tenants and prospective tenants alike
- Representing Rent Choice with professionalism, warmth, and reliability
Pay
$30 - $35 per hour, casual rate, plus superannuation.
What we're after
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (a fair bit of driving is involved)
- Availability across 4-5 days per week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for varying hours
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- Competency using Inspection Express is preferred but not essential
- Previous property management, real estate, or customer service experience is a bonus, but a great attitude matters more
