Mechanical Operations Administrator:
- Local Pinjarra Head Office
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday Roster
- Salary based role
- Superannuation paid on all hours worked
Role duties may include, but are not limited to;
- Use systems to monitor the receival of client purchase orders.
- Generation of regular project related and stock reports to assist with the maintaining and monitoring of job progress.
- Professional communication between job managers, clients and suppliers.
- Attend operational job planning and progress meetings as required.
- Processing of special-order purchases, including capital equipment, services and non-stocked items.
- Maintaining documentation for Quality Control ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Manage workload within the monthly accounting deadlines and carry out all tasks in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Pronto, SAP or similar
- Mining and/or Manufacturing administration experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail & ability to prioritise workload
- Proven ability to work in a team
- Current National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
- Preferably reside within 60km of Pinjarra
- Full Australian Working Rights
