Whitebridge Contracts is seeking experienced Concreters / Steel Fixers for civil and infrastructure works in the Pilbara, WA.
We are looking for capable, experienced workers who can work confidently within a civil crew, understand construction drawings and complete concrete and reinforcement works to a high standard.
The Role
Works will include:
- Steel fixing and reinforcement installation
- Cutting, tying and positioning reinforcement to drawings
- Formwork and boxing
- Concrete placement, pours and finishing
- Construction of footings, slabs, pits and other civil concrete structures
- Working accurately from construction and reinforcement drawings
- Preparation of works prior to concrete pours
- Working alongside supervisors, operators and the wider civil crew
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- Proven concreting and/or steel fixing experience within civil construction
- Ability to read and work from construction and reinforcement drawings
- Strong experience with reinforcement, formwork and concrete works
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work on projects in the Pilbara
Additional civil tickets and competencies including Dogging/Rigging, EWP, Working at Heights or HR licence will be well regarded but are not essential.
