MPC Solutions is seeking Gold Process Plant Supervisor with (S26) to join our valued gold mining client in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. As a Process Plant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of a mineral processing plant. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining key processing equipment and systems / Operators / contractors to maximise productivity and output safely

- What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year' experience as a Process Plant Supervisor in Gold
- Strong understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment operation - People management - contractors on site management
- S26 qualification
- Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs; and other technical documentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Roster and more:
- 8/6 7/7 - fly-in fly-out from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie
- $85/$90 Per hour plus super - depending on experience
- Temp with a view to Perm for the right person
