As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead service, sales, merchandising, operations and team development in a large, fast-paced cosmetics setting.

You're a polished, hands-on retail leader who loves the floor as much as the figures. You bring YEARS of experience leading large teams, strong communication, calm professionalism and a genuine passion for beauty. And most importantly: you know how to coach, lift standards, read sales trends and create a team and shopping experience customers want to come back to...!

What you'll do...:

- Lead customer service, sales and floor standards by example
- Utilise reporting systems to track KPIs, sales trends and growth
- Develop and coach all team members to build strong capability
- Manage rosters, inventory, store audits, safety and compliance
- Uphold VM & store standards in line with company expectations

What we're recruiting for...:

- Extensive experience leading large retail teams of 20+...!
- Beauty, cosmetics or premium retail passion
- Strong communication and a calm,



ethical leadership style...
- Confidence with KPIs, systems, stock and reporting
- Ability to follow OH&S; policy and safely lift up to 8kg
- Availability to work a fixed Sunday to Thursday roster
