About the Role

We are looking for casual Waitstaff and Bartenders to join us at The Boathouse Patonga Hotel. As member of our FOH team you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience to our guests, and maintaining outstanding presentation of the venue. The roles we are on the lookout for are:. You will:

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other FOH team members;

- Work cohesively,



effectively and efficiently in a team, giving and taking direction and feedback as required;

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of the venues food and beverage offering;

- Maintain exceptional product and menu knowledge;

- Responsible for the timely and effective set up of bar for service;

- Ensure distribution of alcohol and serving of drinks including pouring and presentation adhere to the standards of both The Boathouse Group and the law;

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have experience working in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

- Hold a valid RSA

- Have a confident and can do attitude;

- Be friendly, approachable and genuine;

- Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;

- Be a team player with a team-oriented working style.
