About Us

Roof Force is a leading Perth metal roofing company supporting major residential builders across Western Australia. With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, we are seeking a Roofing Estimator and Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role

As our Roofing Estimator and Scheduler, you will:

- Review roofing plans, drawings, and project specifications.

- Complete accurate quantity take-offs and project estimates.

- Prepare quotations and tender submissions.

- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources.

- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.

- Monitor job costs, approved budgets, and project profitability.

- Investigate and report cost overruns and budget variances.

- Maintain accurate estimating and job-costing information in AroFlo.

- Coordinate with internal teams and offshore support staff.

This is a key role that will help ensure our projects are accurately priced, effectively planned, and delivered within budget.





What We’re Looking For

- Roofing or construction estimating and scheduling experience.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and cost awareness.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Robust communication and teamwork skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and estimating software.

- Knowledge of AroFlo or a similar job management system is highly regarded.

- Experience using AppliCad / Roof Wizard is highly regarded.

- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
