ETM Group are currently seeking physically fit and safety-focused Labourers with an EWP (11m+) Ticket to join a industrial demolition project in Newcastle

About The Role
You will be assisting with demolition works while also operating an EWP when required. This is a hands-on role suited to labourers who aren't afraid of hard work and understand the importance of working safely in a high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with industrial demolition and site clean-up works
- Operate EWP equipment as required and within your ticketed capacity
- Assist trades and demolition crews with general labouring duties
- Loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment
- Use hand and power tools where required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all site safety procedures, SWMS and instructions
- Work safely around heavy machinery, demolition activities and other hazards
- Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day

Essential Requirements

- White Card
- Current EWP 11m+ High Risk Work Licence




- Previous construction, demolition or industrial labouring experience preferred
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual labour
- Solid safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
- Comfortable working in a high-risk demolition environment
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to pass a site medical/drug & alcohol screening if required

We need reliable, switched-on labourers who take safety seriously. Demolition is physically demanding and can involve significant hazards, so applicants must be comfortable working hard, following instructions and maintaining a high level of awareness throughout the day.
