Registered Nurse - Residential Aged Care - Fraser Coast
I'm currently partnering with an established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time opportunity on the Fraser Coast.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced aged care RN looking for a stable position, predominantly day shifts and the support to continue developing their career.
What's On Offer:
- $40.31 – $47.93 per hour + 12% super, depending on experience
- Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900, plus Meals & Entertainment
- Permanent full-time position
- Predominantly day shifts, generally 8:00am – 4:00pm

Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within a residential aged care workplace
- Complete holistic assessments and develop individualised resident care plans
- Lead and support Personal Care Workers to maintain strong standards of care
- Provide clinical care across wound management, palliative care and medication management
- Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to support resident outcomes
Essentials:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous clinical experience within aged care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
- Full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available
