Intro Recruitment is partnering with a major energy company to recruit experienced Distribution Lineworkers and Glove & Barrier Lineworkers for major infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

About the Role:
- Perform general maintenance, installations, fault finding and pole replacements across the distribution network.
- Complete overhead line construction, maintenance and upgrade works across multiple project locations throughout Western Australia.
- Work safely in accordance with all company procedures, policies and network requirements.
- Work as part of an experienced, professional and supportive team.
- Training and upskilling opportunities provided, including Glove & Barrier and Live Line certification.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the electrical distribution industry.
Benefits & Pay
- Earn up to $80 per hour + super + penalties, including applicable allowances.
- Monday to Friday metropolitan and regional rosters available.
- 8–10 hour days with consistent workloads and major infrastructure projects.
- Double-time rates paid for all hours worked outside ordinary hours.
- Glove & Barrier training provided for eligible candidates looking to obtain their G&B; qualifications.
- Relocation assistance available for successful interstate candidates.

What You Need
- Previous experience working as a Distribution Lineworkers.
- Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or equivalent.
- Relevant electrical distribution industry qualifications and tickets.
- Construction White Card.
- Current Australian driver's licence, with MR or HR licence highly regarded.
- Relevant High Risk Work Licenses highly regarded.
- Glove & Barrier / Live Line qualifications highly regarded, with training available for suitable candidates.
- Ability to work safely at heights and in outdoor environments.
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety and network compliance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an experienced team.
