This is not a standard Profit Centre Manager role. You’ll step into a Manager in Waiting position, working across established branches, learning the full business, and preparing to take ownership of your own site.

What you’ll be doing:

- Drive sales and customer engagement across multiple branches in Melbourne's north west region
- Build strong relationships with trade customers and suppliers
- Support and influence team performance alongside existing leaders
- Learn full Profit Centre operations (P&L;, people, performance)
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to branch success
- Prepare to step into your own branch leadership role

About you:

- Proven experience in sales, business development and leadership




- Strong people skills – you can build rapport and influence quickly
- Commercial mindset with exposure to performance or P&L;
- Confident, proactive and ready to step into leadership
- Background in trade, wholesale, plumbing or similar
