F&B; SUPERVISOR – KIMBERLEY REGION, REMOTE WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Kimberley Region, Remote WA | ASAP Start | $77,500 + Super | Private Ensuite Room

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong leadership, service and operational skills to join a busy regional hotel in Western Australia’s Kimberley Region. This is a hands-on role for a confident hospitality professional who can lead a team, maintain high service standards and confidently oversee the day-to-day F&B; operation in a rapid-paced environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This established hotel has a strong local following alongside a seasonal tourism market, creating a varied and energetic Food & Beverage operation.

You’ll be involved across restaurant, bistro and bar service, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and getting involved in all aspects of the operation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll need previous F&B; supervisory experience and the confidence to take ownership of service, team performance and day-to-day operations.

Ideally, you’ll bring:





- Previous Food & Beverage Supervisor experience
- Robust food & beverage service and cellaring knowledge
- Solid understanding of hotel and hospitality operations
- Proven ability to lead, train and coach staff
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Experience with ordering, rostering and stock control
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
- A strong customer focus and genuine passion for hospitality
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT

Current WA RSA and Approved Manager Licence, or the willingness and ability to obtain these prior to commencement.

THE PACKAGE

- $77,500 per annum + Super
- Full-time position
- Private room with ensuite
- Accommodation & meals: $142 per week
- ASAP commencement
