About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time position with a progressive multidisciplinary allied health organisation delivering services throughout Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast QLD. Rather than working within a single service area, you will have the opportunity to develop across three highly rewarding areas of practice: Community Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Consulting and Return to Work, and Medicolegal Occupational Therapy and Functional Assessments.

The balance is tailored to your experience, confidence and career goals. Whether you are a new graduate looking to build broad clinical experience or an experienced OT wanting to diversify, your caseload will reflect your interests with structured support to develop recent practice areas over time. A structured 2026 New Graduate Program with mentoring and progressive exposure across all three areas is also available.

- Complete comprehensive functional assessments across home, workplace and community environments
- Assess occupational performance, independence and participation across the lifespan
- Develop goal-directed intervention plans addressing physical, cognitive, psychosocial and environmental barriers
- Prescribe Assistive Technology and complete complex equipment assessments where appropriate
- Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations and work capacity assessments
- Develop Graduated Return to Work Programs, suitable duties plans and rehabilitation strategies for injured workers
- Prepare comprehensive medicolegal reports, functional assessments and independent clinical opinions
- Liaise with employers, insurers, treating practitioners, solicitors and multidisciplinary teams
- Navigate a variety of funding systems including NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, Medicare, DVA, My Aged Care and private insurers
- Participate in ongoing service development, innovation and clinical quality improvement

About You:

- AHPRA registered (or eligible for registration) Occupational Therapist
- New graduates through to experienced OTs welcome to apply
- Passionate about improving function, independence and quality of life
- Interested in developing expertise across multiple areas of Occupational Therapy
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised, adaptable and motivated to continue learning
- Comfortable working independently within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Committed to evidence-based, client-centred care
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Eligible to work in Australia
