About the Role:

We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist for a permanent full-time position in Canberra, ACT. You will join an established team of 20 Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists working across Canberra, delivering onsite injury prevention programs to workers in their workplace. Using cutting-edge wearable technology, scanning analysis and movement sensors, you will objectively assess movement patterns and deliver evidence-based, targeted interventions that reduce injury risk and improve the health of working Australians. With a steady stream of clients and a genuine focus on prevention, this role offers real
variety and the chance to grow your clinical expertise.

- Deliver and refine onsite injury prevention programs to lower workers' physical risk profiles
- Engage with a broad mix of individuals and groups, reporting insights back to site management
- Combine functional movement analysis with technology to enhance movement efficiency in workers
- Design targeted, evidence-based programs from objective movement data
- Collaborate with your manager on site initiatives and project implementation

About You:

- Current ESSA accreditation (essential)
- Background in clinical, workplace health and safety, sports or training environments
- Genuine passion for applying your EP/ES expertise
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent communicator capable of delivering health messages to diverse stakeholders
- Confident learning and using technology for program delivery and administration
- Eligible to work in Australia
