With a strong presence across Victoria and ambitious growth plans ahead, we're looking for an experienced Senior Area Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate and franchised restaurants.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, team development, and customer experience across multiple locations. You'll be highly visible in the business, working closely with restaurant leaders to coach teams, improve results, and ensure brand standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead operational performance across a portfolio of restaurants
- Drive exceptional guest experiences, food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams
- Deliver sales growth, profitability, and productivity targets
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support menu launches, operational initiatives, and business transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to execute local marketing initiatives and drive customer traffic
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and employee engagement




- Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, maintenance, and operational execution

About You

- Extensive multi-site leadership experience within hospitality, quick-service restaurants, food retail, or a related sector
- Strong track record of delivering commercial results and operational excellence
- Experience leading teams through growth, change, and recent site openings
- Strong understanding of local area marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident decision-maker with strong leadership presence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
- Comfortable travelling regularly across Victoria
- Flexible to support business needs, including occasional weekends and after-hours requirements
- Current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Relevant leadership or business qualifications advantageous but not essential
