PCYC is on the lookout for an energetic and dedicated Youth Program Coordinator to join the team in Kununurra! This is your chance to inspire, support and guide young people through engaging programs, positive role modelling, and strong community connections.

Kununurra PCYC is a dynamic community hub, providing young people with safe, fun, and engaging programs that build confidence, skills, and strong community connections. At the heart of our work is safeSPACE™, a welcoming drop-in program that supports young people through positive activities, mentoring and guidance from trusted youth officers who lead by example.

About the Role
As a Youth Program Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in developing and delivering exciting activities, building partnerships, and driving youth engagement for the program. Responsibilities include:

- Leading the development, delivery and evaluation of the safeSPACE™ program.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Coordinating and mentoring a team of youth workers.
- Providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where every young person feels they belong.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Experience in a similar role (highly desirable)
- A qualification in Youth Work/Community Services/Psychological or other related fields.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- An ability to build positive, trusting relationships
