We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives at the centre of a busy organisation and enjoys providing trusted, proactive support to a CEO. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, staying one step ahead and building strong relationships across the business.
This is a wide-ranging and trusted role where no two days will look quite the same. You will provide high-level executive support, coordinate Board and Committee administration, assist with governance requirements and contribute to effective administrative follow-through. Working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders, you will help manage competing priorities, coordinate key activities and keep important governance and administrative requirements on track.
Your responsibilities will span executive coordination, Board and Committee support, governance administration and administrative follow-through.
You will bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating needs, resolving issues and keeping priorities on track. The successful candidate will be highly organised, efficient and confident engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
Working closely with the CEO, you will:
- Provide high-level executive support, including diary, meeting, correspondence and workflow coordination.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and governance calendars.
- Maintain corporate records, policies, registers, compliance requirements and document-control processes.
- Track organisational priorities, projects, deadlines and agreed actions to ensure effective follow-through.
- Support stakeholder meetings, corporate events, partnerships and priority projects.
- Assist with organisational communications, recruitment administration, onboarding and other people processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, templates and administrative processes.
About You
You will bring relevant experience in executive support, Board administration, governance coordination or a similar role where confidentiality, judgement and follow-through are essential.
You will also have:
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive and working with Boards and/or Committees.
- Governance administration skills, including preparation of Board packs, agendas, minutes and action registers.
- Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate requirements and manage competing priorities.
- A current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
