Your Role:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage, retain, and grow existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Partner with our recruitment team to deliver tailored workforce solutions
- Drive sales, revenue, and account growth targets
- Manage the full sales and account management cycle

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years' experience in sales, account management, recruitment, or labour hire
- Understanding of WHS requirements




- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Own laptop and mobile phone
