Full Time opportunities with an annual salary between $89,828 and $103,581 per annum.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

- Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff, ensuring safe, effective and appropriate care delivery.
- Assess, plan, coordinate and communicate person-centred care in collaboration with care recipients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support positive care recipient outcomes through the implementation of care plans and safe work practices.
- Deliver individualised care that promotes independence, dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
- Monitor care recipient health, respond to changes in condition and communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders.




- Advocate for care recipients, supporting informed choice and decision-making.
- Contribute to assessments, documentation and funding claim requirements.
- Facilitate effective clinical handovers and continuity of care.
- Maintain care recipient confidentiality, dignity and respect at all times.
- Ensure compliance with medication management, infection control, workplace health and safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in accreditation activities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and quality of life outcomes.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse (essential)
- Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in an aged care setting
- Knowledge of contemporary issues in the aged care sector and relevant accreditation standards
- Ability to provide leadership, delegate effectively, and contribute to positive care outcomes.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Sound problem-solving and organisational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Genuine empathy that shines through your care
- A true team player who thrives on collaboration
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
- Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
