Australian Native Landscapes Landscape Management – Chadstone VIC

Kickstart your career outdoors with Melbourne's leading gardening team.

Enjoy working with your hands? Prefer being outside over stuck behind a desk? We're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our team as Apprentice Gardeners based at either our Chadstone or Braeside depots.

Whether you're just starting out or ready for a fresh direction, this is your chance to earn a wage, get qualified, and build a long-term career in gardening—all while working on some of Melbourne's most recognised green spaces.

Earn while you learn
Get paid to work while we cover the cost of your Certificate III in Parks and Gardens. You'll gain real experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification.

Learn real-world, practical skills
From mowing and planting to pest control and irrigation, you'll learn how to keep gardens looking their best—and use professional tools and equipment along the way.

Be part of a supportive crew
We're a friendly, down-to-earth team that takes pride in our work. You'll be backed by people who want to see you succeed.

Work on Melbourne's top gardens
You’ll help maintain high-profile gardens at shopping centres, commercial sites,

and award‑winning landscapes.

Be mentored by people who care
Our senior gardeners are experts in the field—and many started out as apprentices themselves. You'll get training, guidance, and support from day one.
