In this fixed-term full time role you will deliver client-centred, strengths-based case management to people experiencing homelessness while supporting crisis needs, housing options and pathways to stability.

Applicants require Cert IV in Community Services, a current QLD Working with Children Blue Card, and an open drivers licence; a Bachelor degree in a Human Services field is
