Central Coast Local Health District’s headspace Gosford and Lake Haven Youth Access Team seeks a part-time YAT Worker aged 12–25 to provide early intervention, assessment and connected care. You will work within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team across Wyong and Gosford locations, focusing on youth wellbeing and timely referrals.

Role involves initial screening, brief interventions, and coordination of services with GPs and community partners.
