We're looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to support our growing insurance building and emergency make safe team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate make safe and insurance repair jobs
- Schedule trades, contractors and inspections
- Liaise with insurance builders, tenants, property managers and homeowners
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service

We're Looking For

- Administration experience highly regarded




- Insurance building or construction industry experience highly regarded (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
