Experienced Electrical Services Project Manager (High Rise Residential) – Brisbane, QLD

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dependable Electrical Services Project Manager with a solid background in high‑rise multi‑residential construction to join our team for a high‑rise project in Newstead, Brisbane. This is both a hands‑on and management leadership role suited to someone with strong, proven experience supervising electrical services crews and delivering high‑quality electrical work on complex builds.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading electrical operations on‑site, coordinating crews, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Australian Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews on high‑rise multi‑residential construction projects

Install, maintain and oversee electrical services work

Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics

Plan and coordinate daily site activities in line with construction programs

Maintain productivity while ensuring high‑quality workmanship

Ensure compliance with all site safety and regulatory requirements

Assist with material scheduling and site coordination

Liaise effectively with site managers, foreman, engineers, consultants and other trades

About You:





We are targeting candidates with strong, proven high‑rise multi‑residential experience. Specifically:

Minimum 5+ years commercial electrical experience, with a strong focus on high‑rise multi‑residential projects

Demonstrated experience as a project manager or supervisor on multi‑story residential builds

Strong understanding of riser systems, multi‑level electrical services work, and services coordination

Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications

Experience working within structured site environments and tight build programs

Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and QLD electrical regulations

Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills

Current QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Reliable transport

Full Australian work rights

Requirements (PPE & Tools):

PPE: Steel cap boots, hard hat, long pants

Tools: Necessary to complete the works

What We Offer:

$170,000 to $180,000 dependent on experience
