About the role

TwentyThree Projects is seeking an Experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our talented team in Scoresby, Victoria. This full-time role will see you making a valuable contribution to the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality joinery and cabinetry for our diverse range of commercial projects.

What you’ll be doing

- Fabricating and assembling custom-built joinery and cabinetry to client specifications
- Reading and interpreting design plans, drawings and technical documents
- Operating and maintaining workshop machinery and tools in a safe manner
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail




- Collaborating with project managers, designers and other tradespeople
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a qualified Joiner or Cabinet Maker
- Strong knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques, materials and finishes
- Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
