Kitja Services is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Sheetmetal Workers to support shutdown works at QNP Plant in Moura, Central Queensland.
Shutdown works are expected to commence on 12 October 2026 for approximately four to five weeks. During the shutdown period, 12-hour day-shift and night-shift arrangements will apply. Rest days will be provided as required to support fatigue management.
Camp Accommodation is provided and transport to and from the worksite will be provided.
Competitive rates of pay (including penalties) that are commensurate with current market conditions are on offer.
Skills/Experience
Sheetmetal Workers:
- Trade Certificate in Engineering Sheet Metal Fabrication MEM30305 or MEM30398 or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in an Industrial setting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on shutdowns on manufacturing facilities or mine sites.
Licenses & Certifications
- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Current Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Gas Test Atmospheres _GTA (within 2 years)
- White/Blue Card
- SSAN (Highly desirable)
- A solid commitment to both safety and quality
- Unrestricted Right to Work in Australia
- All candidates will be required to undertake a comprehensive pre-employment medical and participate in an ongoing drug and alcohol screening process.
