THE ICONIC is seeking an Associate Director - Customer Operations & Transformation to lead an AI-enabled customer operations function across onshore/offshore teams and global stakeholders. You will shape a multi-year strategy, drive efficiency, CX and LTV improvements, and deliver scalable transformation across the organization in partnership with GFG and regional teams.

Experience in large-scale programs, vendor management, and change leadership is required; the role offers a visible leadership
