Merlo Coffee at UQ - St Lucia is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is passionate about people, quality food and excellent coffee. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure cabinet and prep quality, and help maintain Merlo's high standards.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar kitchen management position, with availability from 5:30am on weekdays and the ability to work 30+ hours per week. A full-time role is considered.
