About the Role

As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, leading from the front to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and efficiency. You will manage kitchen operations, mentor and develop your team, maintain food safety standards, control labour and food costs,



and work collaboratively with venue management to continue delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume pub, hotel, or restaurant.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing food costs, labour budgets, and kitchen profitability.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, stock control, and kitchen compliance.
- Passion for producing quality food while thriving in a fast-paced service setting.
