Junction is seeking a Sleepover Residential Youth Worker in Victoria to join a trauma-informed team providing overnight care, support and stability for young people in residential care. You will work a structured mix of active shifts and sleepovers, helping with routines, meals and medication administration while ensuring a safe, nurturing home.
Successful candidates demonstrate emotional resilience, solid co-regulation skills and a commitment to trauma-informed practice; current driver’s
