We're looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our creative agency in Bella Vista.

You’ll work across a diverse range of clients - from global health and pharmaceutical brands to local businesses, tech companies, churches and Christian-based not-for-profits. Our work spans everything from everyday graphic design, presentations and branding to broader creative production, including digital communications, event design, web design, video and animation.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, working across a wide variety of projects and helping bring client ideas to life. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, develop your skills across different areas of design and, depending on your interests and strengths, gradually become more involved in areas such as client communication, project coordination or creative direction.

What you'll do

- Work on projects from initial concept through to final artwork, with support and creative direction from the wider team
- Manage multiple jobs and deadlines, keeping the team updated on progress
- Design and refresh professional PowerPoint presentations, working within established master templates and brand guidelines
- Create artwork across a broad mix of print and digital projects
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring they meet technical specifications




- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, animators and other members of the team
- Communicate with clients where appropriate as your experience and confidence develops
- Bring a sense of humour - we value great work and good laughs in equal measure

What we're looking for

- A degree or relevant qualification in graphic design
- Around 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a studio or agency environment
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills
- The ability to manage your own workload, take feedback well and check your work carefully
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Someone who is confident working independently but equally comfortable asking questions and working as part of a team
