This is aPermanent, Full-Time position, Term Time only. Split shifts Mon - Fri.

About the Role
We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated professionalwith a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, inclusive space- Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome,
supported, and respected
- Stay organised and vigilant- Manageaccurate attendance records and bookingsto ensure consistent supervision and safety
- Empower your team-Supervise and mentor educators, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
- Inspire young minds- Design and deliverengaging, educational programs, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
- Live the values- Support and promote themission and ethos of the Catholic Church, embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
- Build strong community ties- Nurturepositive relationshipswith families, the school, and key community stakeholders
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC).
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
- Certification inChild Protection Training.
- CurrentFirst Aid Certificates, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
- A validNSW Working With Children Check.
- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.Register GECCKO
