About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assisting with inquiries, orders, and general administration. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing sales orders and updating customer accounts
- Coordinating deliveries and tracking orders to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Assisting with stock availability inquiries and general administration




- Liaising with internal teams, including warehouse and transport teams, to ensure smooth operations

About You:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport industries (preferred)
