We’re hiring our next bakery Supervisor to join our wood-fired bagel production.
This role is ideal for someone who has leadership experience.
No formal baking qualifications required.
We want someone who:
- Has hospitality leadership experience
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Stays calm under pressure
- Leads by example
- Reliable & punctual (early starts!)
- Brings a steady, positive attitude to every shift
- Bakery or kitchen experience helpful but not essential - a willingness to learn is
You’ll learn how to:
- Prepare & shape dough
- Bake on the biggest Wood-fire oven in Australia
- General bakery prep & cleaning
- Support daily production
